GCDP-ICX, the department whose foundations were laid back in 2010 has turned out to be one of the most progressive departments of AIESEC in Indore. With an ambition of making a difference to the society, creating an impact on society as well as lives of people, we keep marching forward. We strive to fulfil the Vision of AIESEC to the greatest extent possible.

iGCDP has delivered over 60 quality experience so far this year with an NPS of 40. The numbers will keep rising just the way it has been in the previous years. 72 exchanges in 2013, 114 exchanges in 2012 and working with similar goals this time as well.

People from around 15-20 nationalities get together, work together and live together in one city and get the highest grade of cultural diversity they can ever have. Not only they get acquainted with each other's culture but they are also aware of cultural background, festivals and much more from each part of India as well. GV is also very helpful for the same and all of it completely transforms an EP to something beyond his imagination. Also, since they're engaged in teaching languages and their cultural background to l'il kids, there's a lot in stock for the kids too who learn, develop and see a whole new side of the world and enjoy! Such iGCDP internships are opportunities that one should never spare!
